Hello and goodmorning! I thought I’d share with you my work out routine since I’ve been getting asked about it quite a bit. I’m no guru, but this is just what works for me! So, to those of you who asked:

total of 39:06 minutes (at most) and I do all of this in my bedroom!
Mind you, these are just what I like to tone and work on. Cassey Ho has loads of videos that target other body parts that I suggest you try! I’m naturally very lazy about getting up and working out, but I find that these are easy to do and not too time consuming! Love y’all and have a beautiful day xx
Edit: I do this work out Monday-Friday and let my body rest on the weekends. Also, if something is extra sore, don’t hesitate to skip a workout. You wouldn’t want to injure yourself!
